I used to watch it all the time.....just got tired of the massive amount of commercials they have.  I haven't watched it the past two seasons and doubt if I will watch this year either.  I did notice on the commercial that Wyonna is dancing.  That in itself should be interesting.

We had the same thing Gail...everything but swarms of locusts. This week is going to be cooler and Sunday our high is only in the low 40's with a rain/snow mix.  What's up with that?

Thank you Night..........I simply could not remember.  Such a shame that both she and Laura lost their jobs.

Sherry, thank you so much for the kind words re: Tyler.  Miracles do happen, and what a blessing we received to have him still here with us.  He is still doing therapy on his shoulder...when it was broken the primary nerve was badly stretched, so he is slowing regaining use of that arm.  WHen he gets tired, he walks with a limp from the rod in his leg, but hey, that's ok...at least he's alive and walking.

The glass totem is in winter storage right now..........when I bring it out I will take a picture for you and also of  the new one I'm making for Tylers mom.

hugs

It is so good to see familiar names.  I joined HGTV General Gardening after GT went away and found a nice new home there with friendly folks.  Gardeners are always friendly.  We've even shared seeds and such back and forth already.  However, I miss the old GT folks.........we were together so long it was like losing family members.

So happy to be able to communicate with everyone again.

We are still alternating between winter and spring..........up and down.  The next few days will be "UP", but the temps are still below normal for us.

Have you made any of those glass totems for the garden?  I made one for myself, collecting glassware now to make one for my DIL.

I am glad to see this.  I have been thoroughly disgusted with Photobucket since they upgraded.  Nothing works like it used to, plus, it's hard to find your pictures now...at least for me.  I love photobucket.......well, make that past tense, used to love!

Wow girls, that's a lot of snow to be having.  We have only had dustings twice this year.....pretty normal for us.  However, spring seems to be coming slowly to the southland...we have had some really cold temps......which has kept things from budding out too fast.  However, the daffs and hyacinths are blooming and I've had two bouquets already.  Rain started last night...much needed, and continues.  I think we then start another gradual warmup.
